Just tryna give you an “awww” moment during your regular day!
It’s always lovely when two long-time love birds decide to take their relationship a step further — and that’s what popular Indian YouTuber more popularly known as ‘Mostly Sane’ has just done.
The ‘Jugjugg Jeeyo’ actress announced her engagement with her boyfriend of (approx) 12 years, Vrishank Khanal, on Sunday (Sep 18) with a sweet and quite funny Instagram post as she posted a picture of the two — as she flaunted the ring — captioning the post, “@vrishankkhanal is now my ex boyfriend.”
Accompanying the post was Nattu Shah’s beautiful song “Ma Dherai Maya Garchu.” In less than 18 hours, the post has got 1.5 million likes along with over twenty thousand congratulatory messages in the comments. “Congratulations!!! Always JugJuggJeeyo”, wrote her Jugjugg Jeeyo co-star Anil Kappor who played her father in the 2022 Bollywood flick. Actor and television host Maniesh Paul, who was also part of the film, commented, “now return his passport to him”, which must be an inside joke. He also said congratulations, of course.
Rohit Saraf, another one of her co-stars, wrote, “Finally!!!! Congratulations @mostlysane @vrishankkhanal made my day!!!!!!” The Kathmandu-born actor has so far worked with her in two seasons of Netflix series ‘Mismatched’. Other Indian celebs to wish the couple on the Instagram post are Sara Tendulkar, Neha Kakkar, Armaan Malik, Athiya Shetty, Bharti Singh, Sanya Malhotra, Lilly SIngh and Sanjana Sanghi, among others.
Okay, so what do we know about the luck guy — Vrishank Khanal? The US-based lawyer is originally from Kathmandu. He got introduced to Prajakta through a mutual friend over a decade back when he was living in Mumbai where he pursued his higher education and also worked for several years before moving to the US.
The two have also taken trips to Nepal multiple times in last few years.
