It’s a beauty!

Everyone’s got different taste in music but no matter what kind of music you are into, you’re definitely gonna agree with me on this one. This is an absolutely beautiful song. I will put it in my favorite top three songs of the year so far, and I will have to give a lot of thought to select the other two.

Zanak Tamrakar has given some good songs but you might best know him for his collab with Almoda on “Kafal/Kamla’ song. Nikhita Thapa, on the other hand, has not only released a number of hit singles like ‘Rang’ but has also been doing a lot of playback singing, ‘Maya Le Boleko’ being one of them. The two are now part of this song called ‘Saiyya’, written and composed by Mahesh Tamrakar. The music is arranged by Sunny Sunam and the song is mixed and mastered by Bizu Karmacharya and Joshua Bholan.

The song has been released with any equally beautiful music video starring Surakshya Panta and Divya Dev. Somebody needs to put them in a film together, I am telling you. They were recently in a TV show called Poet Idol together, but we totally need them to see in a movie. Directed by Saurav Lamichhane, the video is edited by Sunil Shivabhakti; and it’s a G21 Digital release. And when you see that G21 logo on top left corner of any music video, you know it’s gonna be a good one.

I know happy endings are overrated; and most of the times, you can’t relate to them; but this one had me wishing for one. The climax had me like, “Please no, please no.”

Loved this so much. The only complaint I have with the video has to be the hardcoded subtitles. I wish they weren’t there.
