Sam Potter, who also goes by the name of Captain Potter (on the internet, mostly), was in Nepal in November last year.
The professional photographer/filmmaker from Kauai, Hawaii was in Kathmandu for a couple of days where he was involved with a charity called Raksha Nepal – which according to its website is “a humanitarian organization which has been working for the sexually exploited girls, women and their children since its establishment in 2004.”
Potter, along with his friends, also went to Pokhara and took on the Annapurna Circuit trek.
He has now released a video blog, a 14-minute video that amazingly captures the beauty of Nepal and its people. This is an incredible peace of work. Watch.
“Nepal, you had my heart from the beginning; but at the end there you really stole it”, he writes.
