Laure’s ‘NepHop Ko Baato’ is one his most popular hits; and he has included the rock version of the 2013 song in his latest album ‘Chup Laag’. He has just released the music video for the song rearranged by him along with his band The Battalion. He had released the first music video from the album in January last year. Titled ‘Banawati’, the song had been well received by his fans.

The second music video from the album for ‘NepHop Ko Baato’ is shot, edited and directed by Marku and Bishesh Pandey from The Basement. An excited young fan of Laure is seen in the video who is eagerly looking forward to attend his concert; combined with the shots of Laure & The Batallion performing the song. The drone shots captured by Sooraz Shrestha look impressive.

Well, we can’t exactly say that this version is better than the original; but still, it has some new flavor that Laure’s fans would probably like. In fact, the rap rock genre had us wishing there was a rock vocalist featured in the song as well; that would make it a Linkin Park style song. And guess what, one of the songs from the album actually features a rock vocalist in it. The song titled ‘Maun’ has Sabin Rai on the vocals along with Laure. That would be interesting. Apart from that, the title song of the album has Laure and Uniq Poet rapping together. Excited already!
