B-8Eight release new album ‘Infinity’.
In an album launch event held at Civil Mall in Kathmandu, B-8Eight released their new album titled ‘Infinity’. Girish Khatiwada, Manas Ghale, Decenteez x Vaju, Everest Crew and PGGH also performed at the event that took place on Saturday. Along with the album, the ‘K Yo Maya Ho’ hitmakers also released the first music video from the album.
The music video for the song titled ‘Nasakne K Nai Cha’ has been released. Quite surprisingly, it’s a 12-minute music video — a risky experiment that could have backfired. The problem with long music videos that have too many dialogues is that they are generally watched only once (or just a couple of times) because the listeners prefer listening to the song-only version. But the thing is, if you do it right, you could make it a great one-time watch; and B-8Eight have succeeded in doing it.
The music video features three inspirational people — Sukadev Karki, a bike accident survivor who was brave enough to work hard and fulfill his dream of taking part in a bodybuilding competition; Sristi KC, an inspirational motivational speaker who chose not to give up when she lost her sight and started helping blind people through her organization ‘Blind Rocks’; and Bilal Ahmed Shah, a young entrepreneur who went through a difficult time but is now a successful owner of much loved Nepali brand ‘Latido’.
All three of them remind us, “Na sakne ke nai chha yaha, manchhe le chahe ma, sansar jitna sakcha usle, dui muthi saas kai bharma.”
The music video by WeMakeIt is shot and edited by Jimmy Lama; and directed by Thujey. Watch it here.
