Miss & Mr Deaf International Finale This Week In Paris, Surabhi & Janak Representing Nepal

Nepal is taking part at the Miss and Mister Deaf International pageant for the very first time this year. Surabhi Manandhar and Janak Raj Bhatta are representing Nepal in Paris. The Nepalese representatives reached the French capital earlier this week where the pageant is scheduled to take place between July 10 to 17.

Creative Hands for Deaf Women, an organization based in Kathmandu, had selected Manandhar and Bhatta to represent Nepal at the international pageant. The representatives were trained with the help of The Hidden Treasure, the organizer of the Miss Nepal pageant, for their participation in this year’s edition of the pageant.

While Manandhar will be competing with nineteen other contenders for the title, Bhatta will have to compete with seventeen of other participants from around the world.

The pre-final round will be taking place on Friday, July 14th at Marriott Convention at 17 Boulevard Saint Jacques in Paris. The finale is scheduled on Saturday at MAS Paris 14 at 10-18 Rue des Terres au Cure; followed by a gala dinner event on Sunday at the same venue.

The tickets for the event(s) — priced between €45 to €90 — can be bought from HERE.
