Metalheads, rejoice. The sickest metal festival in Nepal is coming back with its sixth edition and the lineup is insane.
After a hiatus of 3 years, Silence Festival is finally making a comeback. The sixth edition of the metal festival that was supposed to take place in 2015 was cancelled after the nation was hit by the devastating earthquake. The 1-day festival is scheduled to be held on October 28th this year at Bhrikuti Mandap in Kathmandu.
This time around; eight bands including four international and four Nepali bands are set to perform. Aussie metallers, Twelve Foot Ninja, will be headlining the festival that will also have another Aussie band Chillaum; and two Swiss bands — Voice of Ruin and Enigmatik. Nepali bands — Underside, 72 Hours, Kaal, and Nude Terror — complete the lineup.
Now, this is an event you simply cannot afford to miss. Mark your calendars already – October 28th it is.
