If You Grew Up In Kathmandu, This Song Will Take You Down Memory Lane

If we could go back in time and relive the best days of our lives all over again, most of us would definitely go back to our good old childhood days. The days when we actually used to live to the fullest. Now as we are adults, most of us are just spending the days, we are not actually living. Sometimes, when we sit alone and think of the past, the memories of the good old days start appearing in front of our eyes like some film is going on and we start missing those lively moments.

The UK based Nepali band Ps-No-Bs have come up with a new song that will definitely take you to a trip down the memory lane, and especially more if you grew up in Kathmandu. The song titled ‘In The Streets Of Kathmandu’ is written, composed and sung by Asis Rai; one of the founding members of the band along with Rupesh Rai. Sudan GurungĀ  has mixed the song that talks about all the little things that we used to do when we were kids which made us the happiest person in the world.

Asis who is the founder of Polka Studios had recently worked on the sketching and animation for Bipul Chettri’s debut music video ‘Wildfire’. When asked about the meaning of his band’s name, “Ps-No-Bs actually means Plus No Bullshit”, he told NeoStuffs. “We’ve quite a lot of other songs to record and we are trying to create different kinds of songs”, he further added.

We are definitely excited to listen to some more of this unique band’s songs. For now, enjoy ‘In The Street of Kathmandu’. Do let us know your feedback in the comment section below.
