Finally, finally and finally after a very long wait, ‘Sanghuro’ has been officially released online. Before telling you about the film, we want to let you know that this is one of the finest Nepali films ever made. The story of a newly married lower middle-class couple (Sushank Mainali and Deeya Maskey) shows their struggles of not being able to get intimate while living with his mother in a single-room house. The film produced by Sameer Mainali and directd by Joes Pandey also stars Dayahang Rai and Aruna Karki. The film released in Nepal on May 10, 2013 was aired on British TV network Channel 4 in 2014 and is the only Nepali film to be broadcast by any major international TV channel.

The film was screened at SAARC Film Festival in May 2014 where its director bagged a Special Jury Award. The film was announced as the second best feature film in the festival held in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Watch the full film below and let us know what you think of it. Enjoy!
