The trailer of ‘Gajalu’ has been released and looks like the film is absolutely worth all the hype. What is exciting about the film is not only its impressive starcast, but the subject of the film looks completely fresh as well. Debutante Shristi Shrestha plays a former Kumari, the living goddess, who wants to lead an ordinary life which definitely isn’t easy at all for various reasons. It’s a superstition that a man who marries a Kumari is doomed to die within a short interval of time, however, many of the Kumaris have married and are actually living a normal life. We’ve all been fascinated by the lives of Kumaris and it’s going to be interesting to see this untouched subject on silver screen. The film directed by ‘Jerryy’ and ‘Sambodhan’ fame Hem Raj BC stars Anmol KC, Gaurav Pahari, Salon Basnet, Menuka Pradhan, Gauri Malla and Ritik Shahi along with Miss Nepal 2012 Shristi Shrestha.

‘Gajalu’ is unarguably one of the most anticipated upcoming films and is almost sure to do well at the box office. Anmol KC is the only actor who has been able to pull the audience to the theaters every single time and the same is expected to happen with this one as well. The film will reunite the ‘Hostel’ squad of Anmol, Gaurav and Salon whose trio was loved by the audience. It will also be Anmol’s third film together with director Hemraj BC after ‘Hostel’ and ‘Jerryy’; and the two are definitely looking forward to repeat the success. Apart from these factors, what’s going to work for the film is the presence of one of the most popular and loved Miss Nepal title winners – Shristi Shrestha. The film is scheduled for its release on June 10th.
