Two of the biggest movies of the year are all set to release this Friday on August 28th. On one side, we have the much talked about film ‘Resham Filili’ which had released earlier this year on April 24th, a day before the quake and will be re-released this week. The film produced by Madhav Wagle under the banner of V Motion Pictures Pvt. Ltd. is written and directed by Pranab Joshi. The film starring Vinay Shrestha, Kameshwor Chaurasiya, Menuka Pradhan, Shisheer Bangdel, Karma, Arun Regmi and Ashutosh Shrestha had recieved a massive opening on the first day of its release. On the other side, we have the comeback film and the directorial debut of action star Nikhil Uprety. The action packed film starring Nikhil Uprety and Anu Shah is produced by Johaan Daruwalla. The film tells the story of an honest and lionhearted cop who is stationed in Terai.

It’s unfortunate that two of such most anticipated films will be clashing at the box office. It will definitely have negative effect on the collection of both the movies. Competing with these two will be last week’s ‘Hostel Returns’ which is currently ruling at the box-office. Plus a much hyped Bollywood flick ‘Phantom’ starring Saif Ali Khan and Katrina Kaif; directed by ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ director Kabir Khan too will be giving these films a tough competition.

Among this tough competition, the audience will have a large number of options to choose from. May the best films recieve the response they deserve. Watch the trailers of the two films below.
