Priyanka Chopra has a very good fan following in Nepal and what makes the movie even more anticipated here is the veteran Nepali actor Sunil Thapa playing the role of Priyanka’s coach. The Nepali media has written and shown a lot about the movie right after the trailer was out. Salman Khan has been the boss of box office collections here in Nepal and every new movie of his breaks the records everytime. But this time, as per our analysis, Mary Kom is going to break his records of box office collections in Nepal.

Saiwyn Quadras, screenwriter of the movie, talked about Sunil Thapa exclusively with NeoStuffs. He is all praise for the actor. He says, “Sunil Thapa is going to be the surprise package in the film. In a way the Hindi film loving audience will rediscover this talented actor. He has been very dedicated in getting this role right and like Priyanka, has himself gone through physical training and boxing training to get into the character. We have worked closely to get the character of Coach Singh right and have had regular discussions on and off the set. He looks really dynamic on screen and I have from the very first meeting with him had the intuition that Sunil Thapa is going to make a great impact in Mary Kom and the audience all over the world will love his work in the film.”
