Film Critics Society of Nepal (FICSON) recently announced the winners for FICSON Awards 2070 under seven categories from the movies released in 2070 B.S. (April 14, 2013 – Apr 13, 2014).

Badhshala, directed by Manoj Pandit, has been voted as the Best Film. Joes Pandey for Saanghuro will be recieving Best Director award. He had recently won Special Jury Certificate of Recognition for New Talent at the SAARC Film Festival in Sri Lanka and the film had won Best Feature Film Silver Medal.

FICSON Award for Best Actor will be recieved by Koshish Chhetri for Mokshya and Reecha Sharma will be recieving the award for Best Actress for her role in Uma. Best Script to Binod Poudel for Saanghuro, Best Cinematography to Shailendra Dhwaj Karki for Badhshala and Best Editing to Lokesh Bajracharya will be awarded.

The winners will recieve the awards in a formal function which will be organized in a few days.
