“Subin is doing great and we are happy with her.” : The Hidden Treasure

The social media is currently heated with an article posted by a popular website recently, making allegations that Miss Nepal 2014 Subin Limbu has not been able to perform her duties well and is not preparing well for Miss World 2014 which is to be held in December this year in London. The website also stated in favor of Prinsha Shrestha, Miss Nepal Earth 2014, to replace Subin and represent Nepal in Miss World pageant. It has started a debate among people.

In order to bring out the truth and reveal the reality behind such allegations, NeoStuffs talked to Shweta Singh; CEO at The Hidden Treasure, the organizers of Miss Nepal beauty pageant and Miss Nepal 1999; and here is what she had to say about it, “We generally don’t make official statements to every person who has an opinion whether positive or negative. Subin is doing great and we are happy with her. In fact, this year the girls have a set training schedule and a very strict one because of my presence around. Subin has fitness session in the morning at Jasmine from 6 to 8 and atheletic training with Pushpa Raj Ojha for Best sportsperson title at Miss World. Then she has her Communication classes at Toastmasters with myself from 11 AM to 1 PM and then she heads for her music classes as she is preparing for her talent round and she is going to sing. Then she has to go for her choreography classes for the dances of the world round, and is being trained by Bipin. Whatever little time she has left is spent with Sakil for makeup and hairstyling session and the designers for the wardrobe creation. She also finished her training of table manners and ettiquettes with Mr. and Mrs. Ian and Lidia Rozdilsky recently. They also trained her on International cultures.”

She also expressed her sadness over the article and stated, “It’s really sad that when our National delegate needs all the support and encouragement right before her departure for a pageant that she is working so hard for, this is what a popular website and its writer opines. I am very disappointed at this.”

Her schedule says it all about how much hard work she has been doing in order to represent Nepal in the international pageant and it should be each one of us who should be encouraging her in every possible way.
