If you’re a Naren Limbu fan, you must already know by now that the singer is all set to make his big screen debut soon with a film titled ‘Laure’. Miruna Magar, a new actress who will also be seen playing the lead opposite Saugat Malla in ‘Lalpurja’, plays the female lead along with Limbu in the Durgish Films’ upcoming project. While the fans will have to wait for a couple of more months to see the ‘Antim Maya’ hitmaker act in a feature film for the first time, he has dropped a new music video that features his co-actor Miruna.
Titled ‘The Phone Song/Loadshedding’; the song written, composed and sung by Naren Limbu is arranged, mixed and mastered by Biju Karmacharya. The music video shot by Bryan Rai is edited by Binay Kansakar and directed by Naren himself.
It’s a very light song that talks about how the protagonist wants to keep on talking to his love interest but as his phone’s battery is dying and there’s no electricity because of the load-shedding (remember load-shedding? — it used to be a thing back in the day); he is afraid he can’t talk to her. The video is pretty cute and the two seem to have a good chemistry between them.
