Kim Chiu, a popular actor and singer from the Philippines, was recently on a trip to Nepal and looks like she had one heck of a time here. While the 27-year-old ‘Bride For Rent’ star was here to shoot for her upcoming horror flick titled ‘Ghost Bride’, she didn’t miss the chance to satisfy her adrenaline rush as she engaged in various adventure activities in Pokhara.
After arriving in Kathmandu on May 28th, she didn’t waste any time and went out the same day to explore the city.
And had momos and ice-cream.
And of course, shot for the film. You can also find media personality, Vivek Singh Thakuri (third from left), in this picture. He was probably a part of the film’s Nepal crew.
After spending some days in the capital, she along with the team went to Pokhara on June 1st.
Where she went boating.
Shopped (or window-shopped, can’t say exactly) around Lake Side.
Looked stunning, like always.
Went paragliding.
Took ultra-light flight.
Zip-lined.
And bungee jumped.
She also visited the World Peace Pagoda.
And Gupteshwor Cave.
And witnessed the breath-taking sunrise from Sarangkot.
Not to forget, shot for the film in Pokhara as well.
Phew! This gal!! She did so much in less than two weeks. She surely had a time of her life. In one of the captions to the pictures, she wrote, “Amazed by their culture, the people and what the city looks/feels like!!!”
She shared all of these awesome pictures with her 3.6 million followers on Instagram and over 11 million fans on Facebook. She returned to the Philippines earlier this week.
‘Ghost Bride’ that also stars Matteo Guidicelli in the lead role is directed by Chito Rono. The film by Star Cinema is based on the Chinese tradition of ghost marriages.
