Time flies; yes, it absolutely does. It seems like yesterday when we were in school and everything used to be ‘normal’ and ‘happy’. Never had we ever thought that in a matter of few years, everything is going to be changed, like drastically. Now seems like we are living in a whole new world where everything we used to know about is gone and have been replaced. That’s the very idea behind this interesting new Facebook page called ‘PahileAhile’ that shows how everything has changed and how different the things are.
Started by two friends – Shyam Shahu Shrestha, a freelance graphic designer who dropped out of Kathmandu University where he was studying Mechanical Engineering; and Youman Maharjan, Digital Media Data Analyst at Agile IT Solutions and an MBA student at Kings College; the page has instantly gained popularity among the netizens who find the contents very relatable. The two came up with the idea when they were having a regular talk about how the things have changed and gave a thought about showing the same through some illustrations. And that’s when PahileAhile came to existence.
These illustrations are interesting, funny and entertaining; but what gives them the soul is the reality behind each one of them. Here are some of our favorites ones. Take a look.
