‘Magh 8’ (Jan 22) is just around the corner but it is still uncertain if the Nepalese will get the constitution this time or all they will get again is just another ‘date’. Nepalese living all around the world are eagerly waiting for the Constitution as we have already waited for eight years and being called a ‘Democracy’ and not having a Constitution is quite shameful.
