SEOUL, NOV 7: One of the most popular festivals in the South Korean capital – ‘Seoul Lantern Festival’ has started from Nov 7th and will run till 23rd at Cheonggyecheon from 5 to 11 PM. The festival that started in 2009 has succeeded in establishing itself as an international festival with approximately 2.5 million spectators every year.
The Seoul Metropolitan Government intends to promote the festival as a special culture and tour occasion in November that will show off the unique and beautiful lights of Seoul.
