‘Punte Parade’; starring Samyam Puri, Anjila Dahal, Nilu Doma Sherpa, Rabindra Khadka, Geeta Adhikari and Sweta Thapa; releases this Friday, September 19th. The film produced by Hari Mahat, Suraj Koirala and Anil Adhikari and directed by Subash Koirala also features Priyanka Karki in a guest appearance.

Samyam Puri, who had debuted with ‘Saayad’ in 2012, told NeoStuffs about the movie saying, “Punte is a character who was built out of pure love. Everyone has a ‘Punte’ inside us, be it that little voice telling you to do that thing that your parents specifically told you not to do or just that child in you who wants to just relax and wants to be that carefree 13 year old when all that mattered was fun unlimited with your friends, your own parade. We all wish and want many things when we are young and this movie is just a thought that stemmed out of all those mischievous little thoughts that kept us sane during the most insane age of our times, that is the late teens, when life takes a turn and we transition into that person that will define us for the rest of our lives. This is the story of that Punte in all on us, inspired by YOU.”

The film is written by Shan Basnyat and was earlier scheduled to release on July 18th but had to be postponed for some reasons. Here is the trailer of the movie.
