That was fun, right? Now imagine yourself not just playing this game where you imagine you’re there; but actually being there for real. That can be true.

Youth Legend Nepal has come up with a new program that will let you explore these three beautiful countries – Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. The organization, that has regularly been organizing various youth camps in Nepal in the months of August (Summer) and December (Winter), is now going international and it has launched its first international exchange program. The organizers are expecting the students, youth leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals from various fields to be part of their new program.

Scheduled in June this year, the 12-day exchange program will take its participants to various locations across the three countries. Any Nepali citizen between the ages of 16 to 40 who possess a passport and is in good health to travel can apply for the program. A maximum of 25 participants will be part of the program and one can apply through May 15.

Here’s the itinerary:

Day 1: Fly from Kathmandu to Bangkok
Day 2: A road-trip from Bangkok to Pattaya (Thailand)
Day 3: Activities in Pattaya
Day 4: A road-trip from Pattaya to Bangkok and then to Siem Reap (Cambodia)
Day 5: Activities in Siem Reap
Day 6: A road-trip from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh (Cambodia)
Day 7: Activities in Phnom Penh
Day 8: A road-trip from Phnom Penhto Ho Chi Minh (Vietnam)
Day 9 : Activities in Ho Chi Minh
Day 10: Activities in Ho Chi Minh
Day 11: Fly from Ho Chi Minh to Bangkok
Day 12: Fly back to Kathmandu

Everything looks so great, right? Alright, let’s come to the point. You must be wondering how much would it cost you to be part of the program. Considering that you’ll be traveling to three different countries doing a lot of exciting sutff; we must say, it’s a good deal as the entire package is priced moderately at Rs. 1,39,900 (One lakh thirty nine thousand and nine hundred). It includes your two way economy flight tickets, all the transportation, meals, accommodation on sharing basis, visa fees, entry fees to different world heritage sites and monuments, and also, a t-shirt and a cap.

It’s not just another travel package but an exchange program that you can benefit from. According to the organizers, “It is not like a regular travel package. The exchange is not just about seeing a place, taking photos and coming back. It is an enriching experience to know a country in an authentic way, to discover yourself, explore the different cultures, make local friends. This will be the hassle-free journey where everything will be taken care of. Most travel packages do not include lunch and dinner but here, we will include everything to help you get the best experience. Regular travel packages do not include special training or classes, team building activities, local interactions, cultural immersion, visits to handpicked awesome places as suggested by locals of those countries, full packed schedule to let you experience the country, culture in the best possible way.”

“The general objective of the exchange program is to promote international educational and cultural exchange to develop mutual understanding between the people of Nepal and other countries. Other objective of the camp is to increase knowledge and understanding of history, culture, economy of different countries in the world, develop cross cultural understanding, global friendship, understanding global issues, increasing tolerance, self confidence, self esteem, problem solving skills, tolerance, team building etc.”
