The early and mid 2000s was a good time for the people currently in their late 20s and 30s. They were living in their carefree and responsibility-free teenage years, the Nepali pop music scene was at its best, the air was still breathable, and then there was this show called Call Kantipur — well, it still is there but it was lot more fun and charming back then, when not every single channel had the same kind of evening call-in show.

The show gave a lot of stuff to its teenage audience back then — great music, entertainment and ahem… crushes, quite a lot of themm… Prasiddhika Rayamajhi, Priti Sitoula, Malvika Subba, Manavi Dhakal, Sareeta Gyawali, Akesha Bista, and of course, Suraj Singh Thakuri,

The latest episode of Suraj Singh Thakuri’s new show ‘It’s My Show’ on Kantipur TV had a ‘Call Kantipur’ reunion for four of its hosts as Priti, Malvika and Sareeta were the guests. The others could not be present because most of them are based abroad.
