Pooja Bhatt is currently in Nepal. The Bollywood actor-director arrived in Kathmandu earlier this week on Thursday.

While it’s not yet sure what exactly brings her to Nepal, it looks like she might be here planning for her next film. Nepali actor Sunil Thapa, who has also appeared in a number of Indian films, posted a picture with Bhatt on his Facebook handle on Sunday and wrote “Pooja Bhatt n me at lunch meeting at Park Village KTM… Planning a movie in Nepal”. (sic)
“She wants to come to Nepal again in October to look for locations”, Thapa told NeoStuffs. On being asked if he will be a part of the film, “May be or may be not, it depends if there is a suitable role for me. But I will be helping her with the making anyway”, he said.
It would be interesting to see if it will be an acting comeback film for Bhatt or another directorial venture. The 45-year-old actress, who made her acting debut in 1989 with ‘Daddy’, was last seen on the big screen in the 1998 Mahesh Bhatt-directed ‘Zakhm’. While there have been some talks about her making a comeback as an actor, she is also working on her directorial ‘Jism 3’.
‘Dil Hai Ki Manta Nahin’, ‘Sadak’, ‘Junoon’, ‘Sir’, ‘Border’, among others are some of Bhatt’s popular films. She has also directed a number of films including ‘Paap’, ‘Dhokha’ and ‘Jism 2’.
