Rajesh Nepal Showcases ‘Drama Queen’ Collection At Bangalore Fashion Week


Wear.Style Bangalore Fashion Week – Winter Collection comes to an end.

The 17th edition of the fashion event that kicked off last week at Clark’s Exotica saw creations of over two dozen Indian and international designers, including Nepali designer Rajesh Nepal’s collection.

The Kathmandu designer showcased his collection named ‘Drama Queen’ that had fourteen creations of him. His collection was a fusion of traditional and modern; with the use of fabrics like dhaka, hand-loomed hemp and cotton.

“It was an honor to represent Nepal at such a prestigious fashion week and I tried my best to make a mark”, Nepal told NeoStuffs.

Nepal is scheduled to return to Kathmandu on Tuesday.

The four-day event also featured the designs of noted fashion designers Vaidehi, Aishwarya Tyagi, Seema Singh, Rohan Pariyar and Abhishek Dutta, among others. Bollywood actors Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Bidita Bag who were present to promote their upcoming film ‘Babumoshai Bandookbaaz’ also walked the ramp.
