Thai Watercolor Artist Paints Mind-Blowing Landscapes Of Nepal

Direk Kingnok is a Thai artist who travels across the world and paints landscapes that inspire him. The watercolor artist from Khon Kaen mostly paints the places and people he encounters everyday. Apart from the paintings of various places in Thailand, he has visited and painted drawings in China, Sri Lanka, India, Vietnam, Turkey, Malaysia, Italy and Japan among others and has exhibited his works in all the corners of the world.

The 40-year-old artist was in Nepal last year to attend International Watercolor Festival cum Plein Air Workshop hosted by IWS Nepal in November. During his visit, he spent most of his time across Kathmandu Valley and Ghandruk.
